1. Don’t forget about todays 11am WOD. And the kids class at 1:00. (10-14 year old)

2. I am not sure Cara could keep up with the fast paced work environment of my company. :)

3. Awesome job today to everyone that braved the wod. Espescally to our newer members and the 2 onrampers that joined in. Hope you all had a nice FUNDAY!!!
