OFFER

CROSSFIT

Our CrossFit program provides our members with a fun, challenging, and rewarding path to achieve an unparalleled level of fitness. Each coach led class is one hour long and consists of a warmup, strength or skill and conditioning workout. We recommend completion of the On Ramp program, or prior Crossfit experience to participate in our classes.

PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer a variety of personal training and one-on-one options here at Centermass. Our team works in 1:1 with individuals to support their athletic goals. Whether you are just getting started and need some guidance, want to hone in on your skills, need help with accountability or consistency, or have a specific athletic goal in mind, our trainers will design a program designed to fit your needs. We recommend a pack of 4 personal training sessions for those who are brand new to Crossfit and need a quick crash course before jumping into our group classes.

NUTRITION COACHING

We offer a variety of  nutrition coaching and services, from quick macro calculations to more personalized monthly nutrition coaching. Our nutrition programs are the perfect complement to our fitness programs, and great for anyone who wants to improve their diet, take the guesswork out of nutrition, or is looking for some accountability when it comes to eating healthy.

SPECIALTY CLASSES

We offer a variety of specialty courses including our Strongman class, Barbell Club and Mobility class, along with occasional seminars and skill building workshops. These classes are all included in our Unlimited membership members and can be added to all other membership options. Check our schedule for class times.
